How do I know what size to order?
Every product page has a Size Guide link that opens a measurement chart. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
Fonepay (scan the QR with any mobile banking app) and Cash on Delivery, available nationwide.
Do I need an account to order?
No — checkout as a guest with just your email and phone number. We'll email your order confirmation either way.
How can I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and the phone number you checked out with.
What is your delivery timeline?
Kathmandu Valley: 1–2 business days after dispatch. Outside the Valley: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 5 days of delivery if the item is unworn and unwashed with tags attached. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some pieces get a small restock, most don't — we run limited quantities by design. Use the "Notify Me" option on a sold-out product to hear first.
