Eligible Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost. Approved returns/exchanges (see our Shipping & Returns policy) are also eligible.
Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved, Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer within 5–7 business days. Fonepay orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
