We ship nationwide across Nepal via trusted courier partners. Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
- Kathmandu Valley: 1–2 business days after dispatch
- Outside the Valley: 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Inside Valley delivery: Rs 100 · Outside Valley delivery: Rs 200, free on orders over Rs 5,000

Returns & Exchanges
Since every piece is produced in small runs, we accept exchanges and returns within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, let us know within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll sort out a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
